Heidi Barnes was named Hilltopper of the Month. Barnes is being recognized for her willingness to be a leader in school- wide initiatives. Her superb work ethic can be seen in her classroom as well in the Hiltopper football concessions, where she helps prepare food for the Hilltopper community on Friday nights. Barnes is a 2010 graduate of R-S Central and has been teaching math for six years. When asked how she felt about the recognition she states "I am honored to be selected as Hilltopper of the Month. R-S Central has an amazing faculty, and I was very surprised to be chosen by my colleagues."
