Rutherford County Schools will be closed for students today, with an optional teacher workday for school employees.

Rutherford County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay this morning. We will continue to evaluate road conditions over the next two hours. If further adjustments to today's school schedule are required, we will make an additional announcement by 7:30 AM this morning.

Rutherford County Schools will operate on a regular schedule on Wednesday, February 4. However, some roads across the county will remain closed to school bus traffic tomorrow.

Rutherford County Schools will be closed for students, with an optional teacher workday, on Tuesday, February 3. Remote work is authorized for eligible employees.
