Congratulations to Kelvin Howard for being named Hilltopper of the Month. Howard has been the technology technician at R-S Central High School for three years. Howard is a graduate of University of Carolina at Asheville where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Art. He is avid runner and can be found running in Rutherfordton, so if you see him on the road, honk to let him know you appreciate him and all he does for R-S Central. Howard is married to Renee Howard and together they have 3 children; Riley, Owen, and Ella.
